Possibility of a bad chip?

anymore ideas or is it plainly a bad chip? considering it's not booting on the 1.6 or the 1.0.

there's always the possibility of a faulty chip. but i doubt it.

Im having the feeling it is.. I eman sh*t I installed over 80 chips... and NONE ever had this problem.... I usualy swear by cheap mods... but hey X3 seems cool.. just doesent want to work for me

maybe u had ESD (electro static discharge)! that can always kill a chip

I ground myself on ALL electronic work... even if i change ram on my PC... Ive done over 60-70 xboxesand NEVER had one **** up...lol man im pissed... people dissin my soldering... lol I mean yea it looks like sh*t but i resoldered the LPC like 20 times... it can only look so good...lol
