Possible to migrate save data between hacked and legit switch?

Games are legit, so I'm curious if I can play my legit games like SMASH etc on my hacked switch to get unlocks etc, then transfer save data over to my legit to play online with friends, etc. I haven't

I was thinking...
Cartridge in hacked switch > nintendos cloud save transfer to legit > back and forth

I really don't understand the extent that nintendo is able to see a "hacked" switch. Is it done during playing a game? Does the switch just send logs as soon as you log in?

You will most likely get banned if you do it through Nintendo's online service. Short answer is there is no easy way without homebrew even if both Swtichs are hackable. If the legit switch is not even hackable then I'd say there is not way really.
