Possible way to get past XBL Bans

I don't think that this idea has been posted before, because I searched and nothing came up. I currently have an un-modded xbox that is just about to explode, and I also have a newly modded xbox. I haven't yet tried to play XBL on the new one. I heard people saying that when you put your XBL account on a Mem. Card then you can bring it to your friend's house and play with your account on his xbox. This means that when you put your account on a different xbox that it doesn't scan the HD, maybe? So, if I take a Mem. Card, put my XBL account on it, and transfer it to my new modded xbox, do you think I will get banned from playing on XBL?

When you move an xbox live acct using a memory card you basical restore the acct from the card on the diff xbox, it does scan for hd changes but as this has already been changed then you will be ok as long as you dont turn the chip on when going on live. Also when you transfer your acct all other accts on other xbox's are made invalid, so if you want to move it again you will have to use the memory card or restore option on the new xbox but the other xbox acct will be de-activated and so on and so forth.

Hey,
When you transfer the account to another xbox that new eeprom and hard drive info are stored in a database. This information does not get erased when you restore it back on your own xbox.
If the other xbox is modded at a later date and goes on xbox live it will be banned.

This is all part of the "Marriage Theory". It has been known and widely discussed for months now.

What if I stopped being lazy, cancelled my current account, and registered a new one on my modded xbox? Would that work as long as I turned off my mod chip when I played?

***EDIT

So you mean that when I transfer my account, as long as I don't mod it again after that then I'll be fine?

Where does it say anything about storing your xbox live account information?

OK, first of all xbox live DOES NOT scan hard drives.
That said.

When you log onto xbox live they record the eeprom and hard drive information.
This does not change no matter how many times you register new accounts, change gamer tags, etc.. It does not matter how lazy or unlazy you are.

If you mod your xbox in such a way that the eeprom and hard drive information that is stored im the M$ database changes then you will be banned.

This is my last post here, If you need more info go to the xbox live forum on www.xbox-scene.com.
