I'm about to order the VIA VT 6421A PCI SATA Card, and I wonder if it's compatible with a particular motherboard.

1. Is this card compatible with any motherboard?

2. In case no, how can i check if it's compatible with my motherboard (ASUS P4P800 SE)?

3 .Are there any other conditions which can make the card incompatible with my desktop computer?
(I run Windows XP professional)

aslong as it has a pci slot and a os higher than windows 98 its compatible
