I flashed my benq about a week ago on an older dashboard but i wanted to update it so i did and my 360 played a dvd instead of game. so i tried flashing back to my original firmware using jungle flasher. it stuck on "Writig Bank 0 ......." but my pc restarted. after that everytime i tried redoing it windows froze up on me. so i uninstalled my drivers and installed portIO and now windows won't freeze and jungleflasher has all of my ports but it still will not recognize my dvd drive.
please respond. ive been at this for 4-5 hours.
Thanks
in advance
Also im on windows 7 (if that helps)

There is a reported bug in JF 0.1.85.....Have you tried using JF 0.1.84

Also if you could post what method you are using i.e. X360USB/VIA...etc

If you can post your JF Log as well it will help...:)

I know this sounds stupid, but you do have the right port selected????
did u get the power cycle spot on?
does the tray eject and close normally when u use the ck3 to eject it? U are using a ck3 I assume?

the jf log that would help, would be the one from your initial attempt.

you say you had it working with the drivers installed the first time, reinstall them and try again.

Plug your Benq in. JF is not going to recognize your drive, but hit the intro/device id button anyway. Does that send it to vendor mode?
