GENERAL Post Monitoring?

Mobo: Slim Trinity
Hardware: Slim Proto V2, Slim Demon

So im wondering how i would go about monitoring post with the demon installed? Ive looked and have only found threads mentioning that it can do so, just never saying how. This might be a stupid question how does it monitor post when you dont connect it directly to any of the post points on the board? Like i said probably a dumb question but any help would be appreciated.

i have also read that the DemoN was anounced with features such as post monitoring but i havent heard that this function was implemented, but never that the idea was scrapped either.

Right, that's mainly what i mean ive seen it under the specs before in quite a few places but have never heard much about it.

We have some very cool POST stuff coming out with the DemoN

The word "UART" is a technical term for COM monitoring.

There is a function in J-Runner which allows you to do this.

This is what TX and RX on the DemoN are for.

I have no idea.

I guess it's possible, but we would need a firmware update and we would most probably need to make use of the I/O lines (I'm sure the Y0-Y7 solder points could be used for POST monitoring).
