Hi everyone,
I have a Falcon 360 with a Coolrunner Rev B. I went through the whole process and had everything working but when I went to reassemble the 360, the POST_OUT1 wire got caught and it pulled free from the board. This ruined the main point on the bottom of the board.
I have been trying to make the alt point work to no success. I 95% sure it is not a problem with the other points, as they were not only working before but I have also checked them under a scope and reflowed them just in case.
I have been messing with this for a while, so to make sure I did not damage the Xbox when the POST_OUT1 wire was jerked free, I flashed my original NAND and it does boot back into stock dash. I have checked and rechecked since to make sure I went through the correct procedure to flash the glitch ECC.
When I attempt to boot the Xbox, I see nothing on the TV and after 3 seconds the green light on the Xbox starts blinking. I never see the green light on the Coolrunner, only the solid red.
Is there anyway I can test with a multimeter to make sure the yellow is making good contact with the track? It is pulling solder but at this point, I believe it has to be the issue unless someone else has a better theory?
Thanks for any help.
