POSTFIX Adapter V2 Help

So basically i am confused on what bits to solder and what not to...
So there are 2 solder points which go to 2 caps and i understand they are anchor points,,
But then there are 3 small qsb points which i dont know what to do with? as in do i solder them as well?

You only need to solder the anchor points.

You can ignore the other solder points - they are not used or needed.
