can anyone tell me where i can find a good pot tweak guide and how to use the multimeter guide i am a complete noob with pot tweaking

Its very easy you just adjust the screw very little at a time, for the multimeter set it to ohms and put the red and the black wires one on the top left point and the other on the top right point and mahe sure not to take it to less than 5.0 i think it is.

Remember most the time a pot tweak it going to be a temporary solution. Your best option is to spend like $15 an get a new laser.
