i bought my xbox used, stickers with manf date and serial numbers are missing is there any other way to find them (are they inside box some where?) im a parent concerned about my children getting hurt, just woundering if any1 knew , or has a serial number and date i could borrow....lol thanx for the helppower cord issue stickers are gone!!

i bought my xbox used, stickers with manf date and serial numbers are missing is there any other way to find them (are they inside box some where?) im a parent concerned about my children getting hurt, just woundering if any1 knew , or has a serial number and date i could borrow....lol thanx for the helpshops like ebgames and gamestop and gamecrazy (considered pawn shops) are not aloud to take in boxes with the stickers gone. i tried to cash in my old gameboy color and the stickers were missing. they said no. so go and return it and say they were missing and that you'd like your money back. then, you can buy a different one.

thanx team xecurer,, i read a post that broke down the xbox serial number,,i called my buddy and he gave me his serial # after he ordered his,,i simply altered 1 digit in # and used same date,,,i got lucky and hit it after about the 3rd attemp now i got a new power cord coming,,,,thanx again

hmm lol thats pretty good, feeling sorry for the person who wont get theirs cause uve used their code... hope it wasnt me. lol nice one though!

What if that serial belongs to the next Hitler, and he's going to end up fried to a crisp because of this, preventing the next World War? What if that belongs to some young entrepreneur, and after his house burns down, he decides to eat his crispy fried budgie and learns of it's exquisite taste, and starts a new chain of restaurants, donating half his income to burn victims?

if you have x3 with latest bios why didnt you just go in x3cl under hardware info,and then xbox info and get serial # from there? i guess its a little late now but in case anyone else may come across this thread that is having same issue, hope this helps
