I get the best results by clearing the OPC and restarting my PC everytime I burn a disc.
Problem is, that this gets kinda boring after some testings / burns.
So my questions is, if there is an application to power cycle the drive?
thats pretty dangerous on a live circuit for one thing so its not the same.
just make the drive an external one. i personnally have never messed with these settings for my ihas and its perfect, never clear anything and rarely power down my pc. all this setting stuff is a waste of time imo. best safest way for you to easy power cycle would be either fit a simple switch on the line for it or put it in an external enclosure so its portable and can be unplugged.
