your power lead is wired to the wrong point on the motherboard

the blue solder point on the cr4 is seriously suspect , add flux, retouch and try and remove some of that huge mass of whatever it is

also make sure the switch on the cr4 is set to slim - its hard to see in your pics and put the jumper for the postbit on the zero, currently you are on the 100ohm which wont help things

put jumper on default , and you need to be more careful with soldering , use more flux your yellow wire point on the board looks burnt
