Power supply red light

Hello,
i was doing another one rgh and after soldering everything and plugged power supply, it showed red light on it. I started to inspect what is wrong and found out that is something to Ground ( GND Point ). When i solder it to AV port and plug power supply, it shows red light. When i desolder it works normal. I tried to solder to usb port, which is near AV port, same thing. Any suggestions?
I hope its not CR fault, because its my last one and other are coming only after few days

Some additions:
For now CR is set to PRG and soldered only GND point. And its shows red light on PSU. When i desolder GND, it show orange as it should.

Newvermind...
I resoldered GND point like more than ten times and somehow magically after the last one it stopped showing red light

make sure theres no flex of solder,around the areas were youve solderd the wires.

i had this once,it was solder that had dropped onto a resistor and caused a bridge.
chek all ur points.
soon as you gnd the CR thts wen theres power flowing to your points.....post some pics of the install mate..

Turned CR on and same thing started to happen.

Is it possible that plugging power supply to xbox first, than to power outlet have any influence?

What is the voltage you are plunging the power supply to?
220V or 110V

I had the same issue once I hooked up the power supply to 110V and connected it to the Xbox but didn't turn it on and its light was orange. when I power the Xbox on it turns red
