yea, I will post how i did it later, I have to go to work now, basically it is just 4 leds, one on each corner, 4 x 470Ohm, 1/4Watt resistors, and hooked up to the 12V rail. I don't remember the EXACT brightness rating of the LEDs.

Oh and I had to get rid of all the fins that were blocking light, but at the same time allowing the locking ones to work so that the case stays tight on it. I will post some pics here probably tomorow with a quick tutorial on how to do it.

making red is a no solder you should do that instead. just switch wires 5 with 6 and 7 with 8 to make the whole thing red or just one set to make it half red half green. if you do the half red and half green then your frag will make it alternate repeatedly. WAY COOLIO!!!

nah not gonna do red, everything else is blue, going to radio shack tomorrow to get some blue LEDs for the power switch(found a good tut) and gonna work on that alongside the jewel modification that is comming along nicely, gonna have that glow blue, also thinking of installing a cold cathode under the front, but not sure on that yet. anyways, off to work

You should try and get bicolor leds , they are a direct replacement for the green/red leds. I have installed blue/red and blue/white.

For red or orange, you can alter the bios to set the color to one of those.... I think...

DONT GO TO RADIOSHACK!!!

Sorry, had to get that out of my system. Anyway, here's why. The Xbox uses a bi-color LED (green and red, which when both lit make orange). Last I checked, RadioShack doesn't offer a bi-color LED, or if they do, its, well, green and red. Second, their only blue LEDs are huge 5mm ones that youd have to cut your case down to get them to fit. My advice is to order from lsdiodes.com. They have a bi-color blue-white 3mm LED that I can't wait to put in my box. And they're a lot cheaper than RadioShack, even with shipping. I just ordered about 30 LEDs from them, as I'm going to light up my clear and blue controllers (as well as do the blue-white power switch thing). I'll post pics when it's done.
