ok i am sorry for my noobishness

but i soldered everythig aswell as i can tell this being my 1st ever soldering experience.i turn the xbox on and it boots 3 times on the 3rd it FRAGS.

but when i press the 2 buttons on the front together it comes with the bios flash screen.

so does this mean my install is all good but just a bad flash or its just a bad install.

this chip has been flashed before on my old xbox 1.2 which i used xapter to install.

Thats what it's suppose to do. When you press both buttons your LED turn purple for a sec then blue and goes to the FlashBIOS screen. After that you choose which banks you want to flash to.

at the beginning he also said this:

its not supposed to do that though. it should bring you to the flashbios screen when you tap the power button NOT boot 3 times and FRAG. your soldering connections need to be re-checked.
