Pro evolution soccer 4 - Black at menu?

Hi all, Ok, I updated my xbox 1.x (not 1.6), xecuter 2.3 lite plus to the latest X2CL Bios 5032 and it works loveelllyyy, BUT when I try using my backup of Pro Evolution Soccer 4, I get the intro scene (but I notice a strange graphics glitch in the left corner of the screen) and then when I hit A, I get a blank screen, I know the menu is there cos I hear the sounds as I select throught the menu - Just for some weird reason I can't see anything. What could be the cause for this?

P.S. This is my daily copy I use, and I've had no probs with it prior to this 5032 update.

Why don't you try to flash the other bank of your xecuter 2.3 with X2 4983 and see if this works?

Maybe some file became corrupted...

It's definitely an issue with X2CL 5032. I highlighted exactly this in the bug report forum. Try 4981 will definitely work, but please try a previous copy of X2CL (I couldn't as I don't have any others!).

Hi Guys, OK Martin - glad to hear it from another solid source that this is a x2 5032 bios issue. I've got another x2 bios on my other bank (the last solid release before x2cl - I forget its number (4982 maybe)) and the game runs fine.

Please Xecuter get urself this game, make a backup and check out the issue - many thanks.

i get the same thing with Xbox Music Mixer. it wont play it will go to a black screen, but it never worked with any bios ive had. and i have taken it off the HDD and put it back on. and still nothing. (dvd2xbox newest version)

There's a known issue with Xbox Music Mixer.. You need a 3rd party patch for it!

I actually went out and bought Winning Eleven in the end...Was quicker and backups work fine. Odd that there should be a difference.
