Pro switch cooler than expected

I just got my X3CE and pro switch today. I was skeptical about ordering the pro switch but in person it looks alot sleeker than the pictures make it out.

Oh yeah the x3 is pretty cool too.. I am just changing the logo now.

EDIT.. I almost forgot; Is that an IR sensor I see on the swith? What is it for?

Yup ....

It's a slot or a place to solder the IR mod in. This enables you to turn the Xbox off etc using the exisitng Xbox IR Remote control.

And yes, the Crystal Pro switch IS cool - even cooler with a white hdd activity LED !!!

i still haven't decided on wether or not the ir mod is a cool idea or just sumtin to make people even more lazy... like now you don't even have to get up to turn on ur xbox.

wuts wrong with being lazy....and every other electronic device under my tv has a remote so why not the xbox

lol, i think he thought that you have the IR mod fitted into your box when you said that stuff about the things under your tv. you ment dvd, vcr, ect right?

Pro Switch is very cool, I've got one on each of my Black, Crystal and Green boxes and they look very stylish.

They are becoming big sellers as people see how sexy they look once fitted to the console.

I'm on the fence on buying a pro switch or waiting til the control panel to come out, either way the stock black switch is an eye sore on my crystal.

yea me too, can't wait for the x3cp. But is xecuter going to be releasing a new case design which is a whole new case instead of an xbox case add-on? I think i remember him talking about it but i'm not sure if he meant an add-on to allow space for an extra hdd or two or a whole new case all-together.

i wouldn't be buyin a whole new case. with the amount of mods i have done to my current case i;m keeping it how it is.

that's the reason i dont want to get an x3cp if there will be a new case released. It'll make me feel like i had wasted that $60 because not like i'll be switching cases. But that's only IF there is a new case design which i'm still unsure of.
