CK3 PROBE Probe3 button cable stopped working

My probe3 cable quit working today. I have the Sputnik probe cable and multiple other power cables but none with the release button. Any solutions or do I just need to order a new cable?

All the button does is break the circuit and active the circuit...perhaps fit another switch?

solder the wire back to the button. same thing happened to me

The button didn't break. I think its the actual cable as it does not get power to the drive at all. I ordered a new cable today so that should solve the issue. Had to make a parts order anyway.
