I just used Jtag tool to flash back my original nand dump. Now when I turn on my xbox, I have 3 red lights flashing. Any way to fix this problem?

0022 is the error code...
Also the Nand I'm trying to flash back was what I had dumped before the latest dashboard update. Could that be what's causing the problem?

If that is the problem. Is there anyway for me to get my Nand from after the update back?

Read my sticky on LDV. If you have the CPU key you can resolve this.

How disappointing, all I wanted to do was flash my non-flagged Nand on to my Nand.

So my problem was caused by the fact that I was flashing an old dashboard Nand on to newer dashboard system?

Yes, about the LDV got it.

So is there anyway for me to get my CPU key, perhaps from my Nand dump, DVD key, anything?

Yes, I do have a HDMI Console. So I don't know much about RGH, but i believe it requires me to purchase cool runner? In addition, I believe I will have to do something with Xell?
Is it true that I will not be able to go on Live if I do the RGH?

No, you only need to RGH to XeLL, then grab your CPU key. You can then build a retail NAND in multi_builder with your proper LDV and remove the CR completely. You'll then be live safe.

The list of required hardware and a guide can be found here. Your method would differ when creating your NAND image in that you would create a retail NAND image, flash it to your NAND then remove the coolrunner, then boot. The coolrunner is needed to allow your machine to run the unsigned code that allows you to retrieve your CPU key and your CPU key is needed to decrypt your original nand and build and new one. Hope this helps.

Okay... So it looks like I will need to buy the coolrunner.
Anyway earlier I attempted to do that tutorial without coolrunner. I used Jtag Tool and created a .Ecc with my current nand dump and then wrote the .Ecc file back to my nand. Now when I try to boot into xell by turning on my console with the eject button, I no longer have the RRoD but my console does not boot. (steady green light). I assume this is because I do not have coolrunner installed am I right?

use multibuilder instead of jtag tool, there are known bugs with it
you will not get the key without the coolrunner to do the glitch, so its a bit pointless writing the .ecc file in the first place

dale;)

Okay, I will buy coolrunner and do the soldering. I will get back to you guys when that happens. Thanks for the current supports.

So you wrote your .ecc without doing anything else??

I suggest you stop and read. Don't do anything more until you've done this. I have an RGH roadmap for n00bies sticky in my sig which you should have read and followed first.

Diving in with both feet will just earn you a trashed console.

Well I read it and I have a "00023010 - Jasper 16mb, Trinity" and my CB according to 360 flasher is 6750 and it doesn't look like I have any bad blocks.

I have written .ecc into nand because it seems like I do not need coolrunner installed to do so, but I will stop there until coolrunner arrives so I can program it.

Another question, I am trying to decide which kit I should buy from Xconsoles. Currently I have the QSB from my Nand-X kit installed, so one of the boards does not have the connection to the HANA chip. Is it necessary for me to buy the coolrunner QSB which has the connection to the HANA chip, or is there something else I can do to build the connection?
