problem after installing flashbios

After I installed the flashbios, when I restart the box, it turns off then turns on three times then the eject button flashs red to green and nothing. The chip switch loggo light is blue. If i bypass the chip, it loads up fine.
Please someone help me. I would like to play my back-ups :?
