Problem after upgrade to iXtreme 1.2

Hello,
I just upgraded from Xtreme 5.2 to iXtreme 1.2. Instead of using iPrep I decided to just go ahead and keep using XBM 3.6 since it's always worked well for me and I've never had a problem. Well anyways, I got the firmware successfully loaded and the 360 starts up just fine. I popped in one of the backups and it just spit it back out at me about a second later. No "insert disc" or "unreadable disc" errors, it just popped it back out. Then I tried an original, worked just fine. Does anyone have any ideas what the problem may be? It's doing it with multiple backups so it's nothing wrong with the one game, plus I played that game this morning before the flash. Any insight as to what to do to try and troubleshoot the problem would be appreciated.
Thanks,
RS

Edit: If it's relevant, I have a MS-25.

I would guess that your disc does not have the proper security data needed. The new iXtreme firmware prevents those kinds of discs from loading up at all to protect the end user from XBL banishment.

Try ripping one of your retail disc over again making sure to inject all of the proper security stuff.

Well, I know that all of the backups I made are properly backed up. Well, I assume, it's hard to know if they're 100% correct since there's no tool out there I can find to determine if it passes the standards set by iXtreme. Another interesting thing to note, I just put Amped 3 in and a message came up saying "To play this disc, put it in an Xbox 360 console."
Completely irrelevant but funny how they used 'an' instead of 'a', you would think someone would spell-check. :)

Well, it appears to be very touchy I guess. Tiger Woods '07 didn't work before (the reason I created this topic) but I just tried it again after getting Viva Pinata to work and now Tiger Woods '07 doesn't just eject automatically and started up just fine. Kind of makes me concerned about how stable this firmware is? :-\

Not trying to rehash old threads, but I had the same thing happen tonight. Gears of war, madden worked fine. Came back 2 hours later, I get an unreadable disc error on both. Come back 10 minutes later, now both work fine. Using brand new Verbatim dvd+r dl, the 50 pack from Sam's club. Am using Xtreme 1.2.

Having a real tough time at the moment getting Call of Duty 2 & 3, and just about all the games from last year to work. Maybe 1.2 has a problem reading backups. Eh well.
