problem backing up GRAW 2

It gets to about 79% and give me a error when i try to write to a disc. I have made 2 costers.....used xbc 2.4 to make my backup. And used it to write the fist one then used img burn to burn the seconed one. Any help will be great. The file is 7.05gb. So I have no clue why I am getting this error.

I burned my backup copy with clone cd and had no problems.

When you backed it up with xbc 2.4 what size did it say it was at the top. Before you started the back up. You just opened xbc put the disk in click complete backup. Then start. And not pay attention to the file size? Cause i have noticed that it doesnt matter what it says ...it always ends up 7.05 it seems. I think I have one ideal why it wont work. Will try it tomarrow. When i first backup it up it was on current partion....so i just redid it and and told it to write over the previous file...and thinking i should of just deleted the file and started over.
