Well im trying to burn a file and i keep getting this error. Whats wrong i have no idea

go to the pioneed website and get the latest firmware for your burner. thats all i can suggest mate, the error tells you the problem so you just need to work out which drivers?

i have loads of trouble when i use my lg burner, but when i use my optiarc its never dropped a disc. if you cant get it to work id try a different burner.

but as bearkilla said always use the latest version.

Yeah i ran it through it passed,

When i try installing the drivers it says Available target is not found.

Ive tried my Philips 8631 before posting here, still no luck. Could it be the disks in using there the vertas from India.

try clonecd from slysoft.com see if that works for you

load the .dvd not the iso

also instead of pioneer drivers looks for an update on your motherboard chipset im pretty sure it'e not driver related

you could try a different disc but i doubt itd be that. i use the xlayer discs from modtraders.co.uk and ive never dropped one and theyre £7.99 for 25. i wouldnt buy into that cheap media rubbish as you cant really get much cheaper than them.

I've ran driver checker, everything seems to be ok no issues. I flashed the dvd drive and still no difference.

So i got a bad batch of vertabrims :(

Ok if anyone gets this problem it's your burner i just brought a

LG super multi dvd burner from currys works great, and everything is fine.
