So I finally decided to back up my games and i'm not sure what went wrong.
I flashed my iHas drive and it seems to be working good. The problem i have is verifying with Imgburn. It says it burns the game but can't be verified, any help will be helpful.

You could try by burning at 2.4x some have better luck with the slower speed. Everyone has their own settings and it really depends on the batch of discs you got.

I haven't used 003's in awhile, but with my 001's I use
Force HT: Yes, Online HT: Yes, OverSpeed: Yes, SmartBurn: Yes
With Burn-Proof disabled
This is also at 4x

But, like I said that is with the 001's and those settings have just stuck with me, not like they're guaranteed to work for you.

I've heard suggestions for clearing OPC through EEPRom and disabling it on ImgBurn, you could try that too.

Best of luck!

Dont use imgburn to verify your backups. Especially xdg3 games. use kprobe or nero disc speed

Edit:

For verification I usually run my backups threw abgx.

I'm going to run kProbe now, I was just wondering if this was a major flag I needed to look into. I remembered reading somewhere to turn on verify on Imgburn just to double check.

I can verify with my setup and iHas drive that I get better results with MKM-001 burning at 4x rather than 2.4x.

It's all trial and error.

Very true. I get better results at 2.4x with 001's.

This is poor advice. Making sure all the data is actually there is rather important. Especially for someone just starting and figuring out their setup.

In the case of a spelling error, I blame Tapatalk.

I've burned backups before, but not my own, if that makes sense. I still can't get imgburn to verify but after running them through kprobe, they seem to be good burns.

I would not post things like that bud. If there not YOUR games your backing up then it's piracy.

IMGBurn usually fails with an I/O error on verify, that is normal on XGD3 games, use KProbe to verify disc quality.

Just to know, what are the kprobe "limits" for a "readable game" and what for an "online proof game"?
