It has been a while since i did a corona(Or any board for that matter, as TX parts are becoming exceptionally hard to find), did you make sure to bridge the needed resistors. I know that there are 2 or 3 spots where microsoft removed them so people couldnt use this header on this board, though I dont know if that is for nand reading, or E/F connection on coolrunner/proto.

Corona 4GB will give a diffrent flash config.0xC0462002 i think.
OP: Check the 4GB R/W pads if they are not half ripped missing resistors...., because someone has used the 4GB R/W pads.

R2C4=kiosk, R2C6/R2C7=E/F R2C10=nand R W.

Reset the programmer by unplugging the nand wires and USB cable from it, then reconnect and try again. This happens all the time with my nand x, just have to reset the cables for some reason.
