Hi noob here,
I am trying to jtag my xenon with dash 7371 using a nand-x and j-runner.
Read nand fine.
CB,CD & CE showed 1888
Create Xellous fine
Write Xellous fine
Got my cpu key and used the get CPU key to load it intoj-runner. loaded my nanddump1 back into Source File.Set the dash to 14719, didn't not tick Aud_Clamp? or Dash Launch Patches.
Hit the Create Image button and get this message.

xeBuild v1.01.421

Image is Ready
INFO: You can write the resulting image to the nand using this app's Write Nand button
However if you wish, you may copy the "Nandflash.bin" and "Xenon.elf" to a USB stick.
Place that in console and boot the console using the eject button.
(this will use rawflash and overcome any bad blocks you may have on your nand)
System.IO.FileNotFoundException

Then if I hit the Write Nand button J-runner closes down.
I ran the Read Nand button again and it says the nands already exist but I did notice that on the right that CB and CD now read 8192.
Just need some advice on what I should do next.
Thank you

have you verified your cpu key is correct with 360 flash tool? i think jrunner verifies it too.

i dont think this will have anything to do with changing CB and CD.

did u ran it with administrator privileges?
From the looks of it, it seems like this could be the issue. If it is not then I suggest trying another builder. I personally use Multi Builder by Rogero.

I hadn't, so have changed to run as administrator but that doesn't seem to make any difference, still get the same message:

CpuKey is Correct
Key already Exists

System.IO.FileNotFoundException < that tells me that a file is missing, whether it be a file in the J-Runner directory or your NAND dump.

Did you leave your files in their respective folder (labelled with your console's serial number)?

Can you point me in the direction for a good tut for Multi Builder and as I have my nanddump and cpu key can I just jump in from that point?

Sorry do you mean the folder j-runner created which is 11 digits and has:
Fuses
KV_Info
nanddump1
nanddump2
xenon
cpukey
xenon.elf
I have left this as it is?

Multi Builder is self explanatory as there are directions on what to do when you launch the application.

Did you read my previous post?
In J-runner when I enter the cpu key I do not have anything in the OSIG box?

Load your NAND dump, enter your CPU key and J-Runner should automatically parse the information and display it - if this doesn't work then either your CPU key is wrong or your NAND dump is bad.

In which case, I suggest trying to open the NAND dump in 360 Flash Dump Tool instead (after entering your CPU key of course).

Opened fine in 360 Flash Dump the only difference was in j-runner KV Type had a value of 2 and 360 FD it had a value of 1.
I ended up using jtag tool 3.50 to make my Freeboot image and loaded it using Nandpro 3. Works fine!
