Problem eject/power botton does´nt work

At first sorry for my inglish cos I´m spanish and my inglish is learned in the street, I´ve got a problem with power and eject buttons, the xbox powers on immediately after I plug the power cord into the xbox.
I´ve read your message here about something similar, but y cant repair it
Can you help me?

Try unplugging the x3 switch and then boot it.

I¨ve repair testing wires, it had shortcircuit behind the stick, simple but if you how.
