LITEON 74850 Problem getting the key

Hi guys i flashed several liteons but this one i can't get it ! It's from an xbox without hdmi port i believe it's not hte original drive because i think that time liteon were nt out yet ! it's from a console of MFR Date 2006-06-10 !! but in JF it shows as a liteon too !! i try with ck3 and probe 3 with no luck! i try dummy from ixtreme with tray half open and even phatkey! when i press phat key it give me extract complete without doing nothing! then phat key failed.

liteon drives get put into consoles your age when they go back to the service center after liteons came out. all consoles that went back after liteons were out liteons went into these consoles.do you have a probe 3 or pmt you have made yourself?

I have a probe 3 mate and this is not the first liteon that im probing ! im seeing somthing not good in here. The drive was replaced for sure in the past because he has writing another xbox serial number on it! and i cant contact the owner becuase he is in jail !!

ok so i put that xbox away and open another one and probe it and it work same drive liteon !! look the jf he wanted flashed to LT2.

on/off timing can change between drives. If you really can't get it from the Probe 3, then MRA will be the only way to go (unless you want to send it to someone to do).

Because before MS were changing MFR date stickers to Service Date, you didn't get a changed date on the back.

I had once a drive like that in a repaired Xbox. The PhatKey instantly gives 0x52 status without the need of a probe (!!!), but everything else went as usual : "extract key complete" window appeared, then power off-5s wait-on and press OK in the window, and key was correct.

i notice you ignored Martin C's advice and still haven't updated JF, but that still wouldn't be your problem !

did you google that error seems that your drive is spoofed with the wrong drive, so you were probably correct with your first post, that it is in fact the incorrect drive for that console...causing the update error

could be a hitachi but i dont have only samsung and liteon i have in stock and even with samsung stock the update was stuck
