problem getting to the blue flash screen

i need to get to the blue flash screen i think thats called the cromwell bios but when i was doing work on my box the wire that connects the chip to the on off buttons broke so i cannot get there by pressing the start and eject buttons at the same time. is there another way to get there,

or if anyone knows where i can get a replacment reset eject adapter seperatly that would be great
