LITEON 0225 Problem in playing games

Hi, my friend have a problem with his console.
We flashed his original 0225 lite-on drive with LT+1.91, using TX replacement pcb and a x360USBpro. His actual dash is 13599.
The console was ok and he was able to play his original games like Gear of War 2 and his backups.
Today he has a problem, he was playing a backup game and during the game the console says to clean the disc because it wasn't able to read it. So he switched off the console and now if he opens and closes the tray in dashboard, the console restarts itself. And if he leaves a original or backup disc inside it, when the console starts and he hits play game and the console says the same error above (to clean disc). What kind of problem is it????

It might be partially a laser problem. Back-ups shorten the life spam of the laser. Also did your friend patch all his back-ups so there up to date?

but the cosole have less one month of life!!! and yes, game correctly patched

the console may have only been done a month but as mentioned if your getting clean disk message could be a laser problem, did you disconnect laser ribbon when flashing the drive? also is it just the backup or the original to getting clean disk error, as stated backups use more strain on the laser than the original, i've had a couple before that would play original but not backup, changing laser fixed it

yeh try this LT1.92 was released only for Slim drives because of errors like what you're describing

the error comes both trying original and backups game!!
Yes i disconnect the ribbon because i flashed the unlocked pcb without connecting it to the drive, but only connecting it to the x360usbpro and ck3pro

I re-flash the drive with LT+1.92. Initially console seams to work good! I was able to play both originals and backup copies. But remains a problem linked to drive tray! I explain:
1) If i open the tray without DVD inside -> console
reboots

2) if i close tray with a dvd inside -> console reboots

3) Inverse situations (open tray with a dvd inside and
close without a dvd inside) -> console doesn't reboot

Then I play original copy of red dead redemption for 15 minutes and all was good, then i shut down the console.
When i restart it, after a hour, i can't play any dvd (original or backup) and cosole reboot in the same situation described above! but if i try to play a game installed in the hard drive it works, even if any game from dvd doesn't start.
Any ideas? Please help me!!
