Problem - It seems slightly different to the others -

Hi,

Noob here I'm afraid.

I flashed the bios use flashmanager 3.0.0 to x3 1957 bios.

It reboots and low and behold, it hasn't worked. I get no av input to the tv set and the xbox turns on for about a seccond, then goes off, then back on then off then sits there with the red and orange lights flashing.

Anyone have any ideas what went wrong and if this is the same problem as everyone else.

I started my case mod of l4d. i am not sure what color of talismoon fan to use maybe green? I can post more pics as i progress

that is pretty bitchen man. It looks like it is somewhat clear so light can cast shadows through it. Great idea and execution how did you get that done?

Hey thanks man, i took my white 360 (60g) and sketched out the hand where i wanted it and cut it out with a dremel tool, then hand painted it with satin enamel paint. the background i used a piece of lexan and painted with spray and hand paint to get the look i was going for. I`m still working out what to do with the power button and the rest of the all black case? Here are some of the "hand" in its process:

Edit: But it's still one of my favorites right now! lol

Thanks for all the great comments everyone! Any ideas on what color fan to use for the background lighting? right now my thought is green, i`m also stumped on what to do with the rest of the case (it`s all black) and especially the chrome dvd tray- i think it might stand out too much.

yeah green seems like the obvious choice for me but maybe just a bright white if green comes off too dark for the image to show through properly.
Maybe across the front just have "Left 4 Dead" spelt out across the front in the l4d font. Maybe have it slightly angled.
Maybe make the front look like it was eaten away by "spitter goo" or "boomer bile"

I ordered a couple of fans so i can post up some new pics as soon as i get them and the rol board installed. I am also working on a Joker case so i can try to get some pics up on that one as i progress and maybe get some ideas on that one too. Thanks again everyone

yeah cant wait to see an update some point. The cosmetic section is about the only reason i come here anymore lol
