Problem-No-Video-Chip Blue-Frag Without the Chip Pluged In

Hi,X3,xbox 1.1, i have a wire install with a repaired trace using a wire bridge(the one that is near to the LAD1,10 LPC),
I press the power button, the panel shows blue but no video, i long press te power button to disable the chip and not work,the backup bank works but still no video.
I unplugged the chip and i have a frag.
Whats wrong is a soldering problem?
If it is where?

My Controllers With Custom Ring Of Light

Started playing with LEDs again lately got purple in the wired controller because my stupid CG2 would not power them up, got blue, amber, and red in the wireless ones and my buddy had me put some pure greens in his controller. I really like the look of the pure greens I might put some of them in a wii remote

nice, the last time I tried this mod I burned myself and ruined the 1st player LED... fail. Nice job though!
