LITEON 0225 Problem not solved

I flash my new xbox360 one month ago with LT+1.91 and dash 13599. Few days ago, i was playing and console stopped and said me to clean the disc because it wasn't able to read it. Id did it but from that moment any kind of game doesn't start (both backup or original). Moreover if i open tray console restarts!.
Someone in forum tells me to re-flash the drive with LT+ 1.92.

I re-flash the drive with LT+1.92. Initially console seams to work good! I was able to play both originals and backup copies. But remains a problem linked to drive tray! I explain:
1) If i open the tray without DVD inside -> console
reboots

2) if i close tray with a dvd inside -> console reboots

3) Inverse situations (open tray with a dvd inside and
close without a dvd inside) -> console doesn't reboot

Then I play original copy of red dead redemption for 15 minutes and all was good, then i shut down the console.
When i restart it, after a hour, i can't play any dvd (original or backup) and cosole reboot in the same situation described above! but if i try to play a game installed in the hard drive it works, even if any game from dvd doesn't start.
Any ideas? Please help me!!

still having trouble with mine and quite a few aswell
wonder what the hell it is lol

1 of my boards worked fine for a few days then it said this error i tried to reflash but wright verified failed ALL the time
finally got it flashed and now its a dead board
had loads of winbonds come back like this even though i know the unlock was pretty much perfect

very strange too how its doing it a few days\hours after running
wonder if the heat is effecting the hole in the chip or something
let us know if you find anyting out mate plz
