I'm not sure if this is appropriate forum for this topic, mods please move it if I'm wrong.

I'm trying to make and order for CR4 XL but from the list of available re sellers there is no option to send CR4 XL to Macedonia. As example, I've tried with Xconsoles, Modchip Central... but no success

Do anyone know an re seller that will ship to Macedonia and Accept PayPal/Card as payment method ?

Thanks,

Yup, the only payment method they provide is Bank transfer, which will make one CR4 XL ~100 Eur.. Total costs are too high so this is not acceptable..

Western Union itself isn't the problem, it's the people that use it to scam. No problems using it with a company that is genuine.

Just curious because I'm not living in the U.S., but is there any particular reason why scammers ever only seem to use that one bank? I moved to Singapore and even over here people use the Western Union to scam other people.

I believe it's because they don't permit chargebacks, so once youve sent the money there's no recourse, of course, if there's a genuine trader at the other end, you're fine.

PayPal side with the buyer every time so as a trader in some regard, I can't say I'm any more favourable of PayPal, but I can see why both parties dislike each service.
