problem playing original xbox games on my premodded xbox.

hi i new here i been reading some of the post here and stuff and could not find an answer or anyone with problem as mine... well i hope that someone can help me. i have this xbox i bought premodded with a 160 custom hdd with lots of programs installed. my xbox has an X3 chip and flashed my xbox with X3_3108. i having problems playing my original games on these hd... the games load correctly but once i get to the screen start menu and press start some games freezes right at the moment and it stays like this. i dunno how to fix this. also i have the original stock hdd that came with xbox and the games work just fine, it just happens to this hdd... and i will mention i bought it from modchipstore.com. hope someone can help me tnx.

If the old XBox HDD works fine and this new one doesn't... them maybe the new HDD is crapping out.

i just got this hd new from modchipstore.com. plus the hd does let me copy some games and they do play aight. just lots of games it don't let me play they either don't load all the way like it should or they freeze at the start menu when i press start. maybe it can be fix if not then i could get a replacement.

Without getting to into the problem it just seems to me that the HDD is the variable...

Everytime I've delt with modchipstore.com they've been pretty cool. You could prolly get them to replace it for you.

Ya i would geta replace ment or u can try reformatting the drive and starting fresh and seeing if that works
