Hello, I have the following problem
The first is sorry for my English because it is not my native language
First of all I will comment with what I'm working

*XBOX Slim Trinity
*Dahs 14719
*Cool Runner Rev. A
*Nand X
*Slim Xbox QSB POST
*JRunner 2.67

The issue is this, I follow the tutorial steps I read the nand whit JRunner 3 times in all cases is the same.

Install the Cool Runner, I program with JRunner, I turn on the console and do nothing will not start, the middle light flashes since, I'm trying to turn on without the DVD reader. (also probe whit the dvd and it's the same problem)

I check all cables and all is well, I have been tested for continuity with alternative points and all are well on the test so that each cable is making good contact.
I try changing the Cool Runner for other cool runner but does the same.

Another test, was carried off just a one cable of CoolRunner and turn on the XBOX and XBOX in this case turns on, just fine if the words of the tutorial. When I reconnect the cable fails again.

The strange thing is, that each time a probe disconnecting other cable " BCDEF" and turn on no matter which cable disconnects the xbox Turn ON perfect. when i conect again dont powerup.
Hence my question is what can be because it is very rare.

If anyone has any ideas or if you can tell me how to test for continuity or otherwise to make the test appreciate it.

Have you actually flashed your ECC image or hacked NAND to your Slim?

If not, that's why it won't boot with the Coolrunner connected, but will without.

Could you please attach some images of your wiring, this is now mandatory to help diagnose JTAG/RGH issues :).

Thank you.
Hi i dont have the XBOX right now tomorrow i take pictures and upload. Tjanks

Hi i dont flash o nothing to my nand, in the tutorial in the JRunner in the PDF in page "6" tell

Flash CoolRunner
At this point you should Flash the CoolRunner with relevant file

Press the Flash Coolrunner button

Now boot your console – if all wiring is correct it should boot fine with the stock nand.

Create ECC
At this point press the create ECC button you should see a whole load of text appear in the log file.

The tuto tell first flash cool runner and try to boot the console, after that creat ECC.

Thanks

The tuto tell first flash cool runner and try to boot the console, after that creat ECC.
At this point, the CoolRunner isn't serving a purpose.

You need to build and write an ECC image to your console's NAND flash so that it can be executed once the CPU has glitched successfully and from there, you can grab your CPU key and proceed to build a modified 14719 image :).

from what I gather he is able to boot into the stock nand,

he hasnt changed the nand I suppose

he hasnt written the ecc image to the nand

Install the Cool Runner, I program with JRunner, I turn on the console and do nothing will not start(THIS IS THE STEP BEFORE CHANGING YOUR NAND AND INJECTING THE ECC FILE IN THE NAND), the middle light (HE IS REFERRING TO THE CIRCLE LED IN FRONT OF THE XBOX)flashes since, I'm trying to turn on without the DVD reader. (also probe whit the dvd and it's the same problem)

No I think the OP can't boot with the stock NAND and the coolrunner soldered and I think he's afraid this means the wiring is bad.

Anyways, I always just flash the ECC image and see if it boots to Xell then, I would suggest you try this first and check if the coolrunner's green light is blinking every ~6 seconds.
