RGH Problem TX cr3 lite lk4

Hi all,
I had accidentally damage the C8 cap and lk4_1 of the CR3 Lite when removing the LK4 bridge.

Before this the console (trinity) booting (1-5 min).

LK1, LK2 - short
LK3 - open
LK4 - all open
S2 - 1 and 5 ON
S4 - all off

I tried to bridge lk4_1-2 for reduce the booting time, with poor result.
While i removed the bridge i damaged the cr3 lite, and now when i start the console, the chip infinte glitch (green light flashes) but the xbox not boot.

It's possible repair the cr3 lite??
Help me please.
