Problem using Avalaunch and qwix

When use qwix it doesn't see the game in D: Or if I pull the disc out and put it back in the game starts and I lose the connection to qwix.When I have the disc in and I'm looking at the Avalauncher dashboard I get a disc icon in the upper right but I can't start the disc or do anything with it.Any Ideas about what might be wrong?

what happens when you scroll up to the disc icon in the avalaunch dash and press A?

which bios are you running on your box?

Ok, I can access the disc from avalauncher that way,but I still have the other problems. The BIOS is 3294
