I've got a 74850C liteon that I just flashed with 0800 V3 and am getting the following error when starting a read in Xbox Backup Creator: "Drive doesn't support XGD3 Discs."

Thoughts?

Edit:
Ok I rebooted and now get: DAE/AP25 Should be used XGD3 discs. What DAE.bin file do I need to put in my directory? I've got a banned xbox with an older dashboard and an xbox with the latest dashboard?

type 'download dae.bin' in google ..should you will find the package, just need the one relevant to your dash..v12 might still work on latest dash since you haven't been online

wait till lt3.0 is released would be a better option. no longer need to worry about dae.bin then

I appreciate all the responses and made the thread kinda in haste. I have been out of the scene for a while because of school, and did some catching up yesterday on google. I've ripped my games with V12 dae.bin but will I need to re-rip them to play on LT3.0? I'm still a little unsure as to how 3.0 is going to operate? As far as I'm understanding now, as soon as 3.0 is released I'm going to flash to stock update to latest dash and then flash to LT3.0. But the part I'm unclear on is what will happen with the backups I've made with the new backup creator with the v12 dae.bin file within the directory? Will these or older ap25 backups done with no dae.bin file in the dir. (black ops for instance) be obsolete?

Ok now I really got to ask am I going to need to re-rip all the games since Xbox Backup Creator v2.9 Build 0350 is out, since I used 0345 to backup my games?

just the ap2.5 info, then inject that into your iso before burning

Thank you talby I appreciate the response man, is this a proper way of doing it compared to actually re-ripping the game fully?

just doing it doesn't take much shorter to do a re-rip fully anyway...close on a hour..at least with a re-rip you know you've done it properly
