Hi
Right I currently have 3 screwed 2.6ce chips sitting on my computer desk. For some reason I am unable to flash them via cd/dvd and also when I use my programmer it is not detecting the chips.
I know the programmer works as I have working 2.6ce chips that get detected as soon as they are plugged in, and I have previously successfully flashed from the programmer so thats good.
I've chipped around 20-30 boxes now, so im pretty confident that im adept enough to get everything right, but I just cant fathom out why I cant get these chips recognised. I've tried using xbm2.1 and xbm2.3, also tried using iXia, but still not being recognised.
I think the easiest thing to ask is would anyone be prepared to have a bash at completely wiping the chips for me and putting cromwell bios back on?
If so PM me and I will gratefully send them off to you - as long as your based in the uk of course!! You can even have one of the chips as I keep on having to order new ones from baldbouncer!
cheers for any help in advance
