Problem with activation

Hi,

Bought a SX Pro via reseller shop01media.com (Red dongle and black jig).

Tried to activate license directly on the Switch, didnt work.

Also tried to activate by uploading the file ”license-request.dat” to SX and got the following message:

"Looks like you are using SX Lite, please enter your license code"

I've tried 4 different Microsd cards in various sizes, and i have also tried them in both exFat and Fat32 formats.

I've tried both the "stable" and the beta boot-file on the microsd.

I've contacted the reseller, who says they're awaiting answers from Team-Xecuter.

It's been a couple of weeks now, but still no solution or reply from TX.

Any help would be much appriciated.

Were you sent an SX Gear or an SX Pro?

The gear does not include a license.

The pro does.

I've ordered and paid for a SX PRO and hopefully that is what i've got.

Thank you all for your replies. Apparantly i got a SX Gear, even though i ordered SX PRO.

Problem is solved now with code for activation.
