I updated SX OS to 2.3 beta and copied the NAND to the micro SD card.
Now when i try to open the Switch with NAND backup enabled, it doesn't start.
I have to keep the power button pressed for 15 seconds, then open it again, disable the NAND backup and it works ok.
I have FW 6.0.1

I would try a different high quality sd card.
I agree. It should go without saying, but be sure to format the new high quality microSD before attempting to use it. A fresh format and a different (preferably new and genuine) microSD card should eliminate a handful of possible reasons why emunand is failing to boot.

If you're in the US, the Samsung microSD cards are very reasonably priced on Amazon. Evo or Evo Select doesn't matter, but I tend to buy the Evo Selects and have never had any issues. Just make sure the actual seller on Amazon IS Amazon and not a third party seller (unless of course it's being sold by Samsung on Amazon).

A decent, less expensive brand would be Silicon Power. I've never had any issue with these budget cards and stand by them 100%, but there's always that small fraction of people that do. Same deal though: Take precautions to make sure the cards are authentic.
