I just finished writing the .ecc glitch file to my falcon. I am wondering, how long should it take to boot up for the first time? If its less than ten minutes, then i did something wrong.

Here is the last 5 pics of the soldering.
EDIT:
Yes i have the coolrunner switched to normal, and switched to phat. I successfully wrote the .ecc file, and read the nand 4 times. All 4 nand reads matched. The only thing i can think of is that i didn't solder something correctly. Also, I didn't specify in the begining that I never successfully got the xbox to glitch into xell.
EDIT #2:
No the coolrunner doesn't blink green, just stays red while trying to glitch, and occasionally blinks green.

Since the coolrunner is hooked up to the board make the the console if unplugged and use j-runner to flash the chip again. It should blink about every 5 secs.

Hi.
The green light should blink every 4 to 5 seconds if it is trying to glitch. If its taking longer than this then you probably need to place your wires differently.
try putting the green and blue wire running just under where the x.clamps are near to where the blue wire is in the photo but closer to the xclamps.
I put them there and i always get boots first time.
I also run the yellow wire just under the 2 memory chips close to where the yellow wire is soldered then i follow the traces down the left of the mainboard and go through the closest hole not the hole that the green & blue wire go through

Alright, I will put better pictures.
Also, I re-flash my coolrunner and now the coolrunner doesn't blink every 4-5 seconds... Not sure what to do.

About the pictures, I can't make them any larger without excedding the limit.

Try uploading them to tinypic. It sounds like you damaged the stby_clk line with it not turning on at all. Post a close up.

Here is the pic, made it as big as possible. Not sure why the pic will not go any bigger than that.

Where are you located? You may want to send it to someone to complete it for you. Repairing it is not that easy and if not done correctly it will render the console useless.
