LITEON DG-16D4S - SLIM problem with drive after Flash

hi,
I did a 9504 (0272) drive for a guy, it all went well (im no noob)

I checked it over before sending it back (recognised in JF, tray ejecting, motor spinning etc)

the guy fitted it back into his slim and loaded a game. He says it was loading up then he got constant flashing green light and it wouldnt open close.

I told him it was probably sata/power connection problem. he checked the connections and still nothing. he has manually ejected the tray, took out the game and it still is dead.
he then connected it to ck3 and he says it initially turns on then instantly switches off.

Any ideas ?

UPDATE:

Just been chatting with him in pm and he says it worked yesterday, its just now since he put in fifa11 that this has happened

Might have he damaged something when he opened the case as we know they can be tricky and the sensors on the front are easily damaged.

maybe, but it still wouldnt explain why it worked yesterday and not today with a different game. Also he states when he connects up to ck3 it switches on briefly then off

Very true about working on one game and then stopped after FIFA, loose cable would cone to mind but honestly unless you had it infront I couldn't really tell,

are you sure he has not knock the drive as he was takin it home,we all no that the slightest knock can send things out,just a thougt.
