JTAG Problem with flash after RJTAG

fix over fix but finally RJTAG 1 - ME 1

First or second cycle every time, 1.8 - aud_clamp - 330 - 7,8,3 ON

Flat qsb was broken too so i had to wiring posts, i think i will not touch it anymore
