problem with game spinning

i have a dg 16d4s drives. it spins the game then stops. how can i fix it? i already replaced the lebs and the same problem. i gave to try it about 5 times then when it finally spins it says unrecornized disc. its a stock console.

It's possible the replacement lens is faulty (or still has the static solder blob on it).

it cant be the lens. it came out of another dg16d4s drive thats working fine and reading games perfectly

Has the faulty drive been flashed or kamikaze hacked? U could put the lense back in the other 16d4s and check that drive in the Xbox to rule out the pcb, u should still get 'play DVD' even without the key.

Is it just one game or all of your games it does it.

As mentioned, you need to eliminate all other factors.

ur right i never tried swapping the pcb out of it however i read the keys off of it and flashed another drive and it worked fine in the xbox. And the faulty drive doesnt read anything. so do you think the pcb could cause that problem?
