RGH problem with ggbuild

Hi,
I've been having an error come up with ggbuild when i'm trying to make my nandflash.bin:

**** could not read smc.bin (-1) ****

******* ERROR: critical bootloader files are missing, cannot proceed!



***** FATAL BUILD ERROR: -1 unable to complete NAND image

ggBuild Finished. Have a nice day.

I don't know what else to try. I've extracted all the files using 360 flash tool. Renamed smc and kv and put them into multi build but keeps coming up with same error. There was no errors in my 2 nand.bin files

yeah get ur smc.bin like it says or since u did put them in the right folder

I can't creat a nandflash.bin with 360_Multi_Builder_v0.4!!!

An unhandled exception 0xC0000005 has occured, exiting...

I put the smc.bin and kv.bin into the my360 folder
