JTAG Problem with Kinect Update and reading original games

I have two Xbox 360 Slim consoles where I made RGH. Both have the same problem: they don't read original games (Play DVD) and another doesn't work with Kinect.
I tried updating by repluging Kinect but it just displays that Kinect Update is required and available online. I tried putting 13604 update on USB but it doesn't update.
The other console updated Kinect after I plugged it.

I didn't mess with DVD or drivekey.

Have you tried renaming your $systemupdate folder to $$ystemupdate

The drive issue: made sure all plugs are back where they should? The green power dot doesnt flash when powered on? Have you tried flashing LT+?

I have tried renaming before. I noticed that the problem is with 4GB Slim, while 250GB works and updates. After I put the 250GB on 4GB Slim Kinect worked.
But I still can't find a way to install Kinect system update to 4GB Slim.

Regarding DVD drive, the green light is steady until it boots. Drive ejects, I rechecked cables. Didn't try with iXtreme, but just wonder if reading original games even works on Slims (I know it does on phats).

I flashed with iXtreme LT+ 2.0 but it still doesn't work. I even compared DVD key between DVD drive and Xell and it is the same.
This console has already been flashed before but SPI was not locked.
Any other idea how I could fix the problem?
Before attempting JTAG original dashboard was 2.0.13604.0 with unknown iXtreme version.

I flashed back oriignal Nand and DVD works again. So there must be sonething with Glitch NAND. I used bestpig and JTAG Tool, neither work.
