RGH Problem with Lagging/Freezing Games and Xbox

Hi people I´m experiencing problem with my Xbox 360 Falcon with RGH from the time I bought it and that is 10-2012, My problem is that my Xbox getting freeze every time I turn on my Xbox and I need to turn off and turn on Xbox 1-3 times when my Xbox doesn´t freeze and I can play and that´s very bad for me and it´s not a only problem I have problem with lagging of games too for example cutscenes in games and one time in year 2013 I turn on my Xbox and start the game and get graphical glitch everything on screen is in lot of colors but that appear to me only one time as I say in year 2013. I think that my Xbox doesn´t dying because as I say I have these problems with freezing/lagging from the day I got my Xbox or at least 3 days after I get my Xbox and that´s almost 2 years so if my Xbox dying it would dies already. So where is a problem ? I see that lot of same problems as me and people resolved it by changing some power values in NAND or something like that. Can fix this my problem and how to do it ? Or how I can fix this problem at all ?

Change d wiring place from it's fixed before and take 40 cm check near no coil should be there

Going to need to see full pictures of install please, including whatever hardware is doing the glitch work inside. Could be many reasons, this will help narrow it down.

why have you took 8 shots of the same place?

we need to see wiring routing below the board as well, remove the motherboard and take pics of the underside.

and try to focus the camera. are you using a camera phone or something? not have an actual camera?

As far as I was aware, the Op had this console RGH'd for him. Op - use a digital camera with a macro function, that will give u clearer pics.

In my opinion it sounds more like a power config issue as u stated you've had these problems from the start and falcons are well known for this issue.
Check this thread for more info on the issue and possible config settings to try to fix the problem. U will need a copy of your nand ( just dump it through xell). Then edit a new nand through jrunner and flash back to console. Good luck.

My default values are:
POWER: 8280
VCS: 8565
ANA: 03

I tired so far these values:
POWER: 8380
VCS: 8555
ANA: 03

POWER: 8280
VCS: 8665
ANA: 03

POWER: 8180
VCS: 8565
ANA: 01

And that cutscene in the game is still lagging So I go try values 8480 and 8080 later.

Ok, is the Xbox freezing on boot logo, in dash or other games or is it just one game on one cutscene? Is the game being booted from disc or hdd?

My Xbox freezing after 3-5 minutes in Dash or in the any game but this is maybe resolved but this can be resolved by turn off and turn on Xbox 1-3 times but I have now problem with the cutscene in MOH: Warfighter.
I playing it from HDD 7200RPM.

If your console is still freezing on boot logo or in dash, it may still be a power config issue. If the problem is now only with one games cutscenes, I would be looking at troubleshooting that game. Does the original disc give the same issues?
