problem with my kv

am pretty new to jtaging but i know alot about flashing dvd drives .

i have read my nand from my xneon and got error 250 on 03c3 twice when i dumped my nand but i seen it was ok to continue i have my cpu key but no kv info any help please thanks

You cant view your KV info because it's encrypted. You need to complete the JTAG install, run xell to obtain your CPU key which will decrypt your KV values.
